Shipping Policy

Most orders are usually shipped on the same or next business day of the day the order is placed. However, some orders may require additional processing time and may not ship on the same or next business day. The shipping method that you select when placing an order (Standard , 2 day shipping ) indicates the transit time with UPS only and is not a guarantee that the order will be delivered in 1, 2, or 3 days from the date of the order. All orders totaling $100.00 or more will be shipped with an option to require a signature from the recipient upon delivery. Any change to the delivery method, delivery options, address change or correction, or any other modification that will require carrier’s intervention, may incur an additional $15.00 per incident or request and will need to be paid in advance prior to initiating the change by Arsenal-Apparel LLC. 

Apparel Return & Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your Arsenal apparel, we will gladly refund your money (minus shipping fees) to your original method of payment. Returns must be received within 30 days of receipt of order.

 Items Must Meet the Following Criteria

All Arsenal tags must be attached in the original position. Merchandise must be unworn, unused and in perfect, resellable condition. Items must be free of dirt, dust, pet hair, lint, deodorant marks and household odors (including cigarette smoke and perfume). Packaging, if any, must be in excellent condition. 

Final Sale Items

Final Sale items are NOT eligible for a refund. If you are unsure if your item is a Final Sale item, please contact us before you return your item. Any Final Sale items will be returned to customer at the customer’s expense.

 If You Need A Different Size

If you need to exchange your item for a different size, please go online and place a new order for your new size. Return your old size to us within 30 days and we will process your refund to your original method of payment within 5 business days of receiving your item(s).
